Flamenco arts is flourishing in New Orleans with the presence of Spanish – or better yet Andalúz, with visiting artists to pass on the rules, technique, theory, and authenticity of music, dance, singing, and rhythm, in a cultural pastime that is inherently infectious and independent of cultural differences.

Exposure to the art form in its authentic form builds the groundwork for growth in our communities and funding to promote and bring quality artist to Louisiana is costly and our efforts to change this is in full effect.

The introduction of Spanish Flamenco artists will boost appreciation, participation, and promote a strong cultural exchange of the art form in New Orleans with long-term learning experiences for generations to come.
